The Diver Gent bait fish is a great pattern when fish do not show any interest in loud surface action. It happens! Who hasnt seen Peacock bass looking away at a popper or a Rooster fish following a popper turning away last second among so many other species.

This fly does make a bubble when stripped but not as loud, dives, jerks and floats back just like an injured bait fish.
